1. Service Description

TermPilot provides Amazon SP auto-targeting campaign analysis. We analyze your Search Term Reports and provide actionable recommendations to reduce wasted ad spend. TermPilot is an analysis and recommendation tool; we do not directly manage or modify your Amazon advertising campaigns.

2. Eligibility

You must be an authorized representative of an Amazon seller account to use TermPilot. By using our service, you confirm that you have the right to share your advertising data with us for analysis purposes.

3. Your Data

You retain full ownership of your advertising data. By uploading Search Term Reports, you grant TermPilot a limited license to process this data solely for the purpose of generating your analysis reports. We may use anonymized, aggregated data to improve our analysis algorithms and to create published research content, industry benchmarks, and educational materials. No individual seller, store, or product will be identifiable in any published content.

4. Recommendations Disclaimer

TermPilot provides data-driven recommendations based on your Search Term Report data. These recommendations are suggestions, not guarantees. Actual results depend on your campaign structure, product category, competition, and implementation. You are responsible for evaluating and implementing any changes to your advertising campaigns.

5. Pricing and Payment

The Free Pilot is provided at no cost with no obligation. Paid plans (Entry and above) are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

TermPilot is not liable for any changes in your advertising performance, ACoS, or revenue resulting from actions taken based on our recommendations. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice on our website.
